Freshservice Platform & Service Improvement Consultant

To £600/day, Outside IR35, 6 Month Contract, London (Hybrid)

Well-established, fast-growing real estate client is looking for a Freshservice Consultant to take their Enterprise Service Management platform to the next level.

The platform supports Technology, Facilities, Finance, HR and Operations, so you’ll be shaping how the whole business gets things done.

Key Responsibilities:

What you’ll be doing:

• Configuring forms, workflows, service catalogues and permissions
• Building automations that cut out manual effort
• Supporting integrations with Salesforce, Microsoft Teams and Azure AD
• Creating dashboards and service management reporting
• Driving self-service, knowledge management and Freddy AI
• Working with stakeholders to deliver a roadmap of improvements

Key Requirements:

What you’ll need:

• Proven hands-on Freshservice administration experience
• Strong workflow automation and integration skills
• Good ITIL and service management knowledge
• Experience rolling out ITSM beyond IT (HR, Facilities, Finance)
• Confidence working with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Central London, hybrid (4 days onsite)

£550 – £600 per day, Outside IR35

6 months, high chance of extension
