The Role:

Junior IT Project & Presales Consultant
London | On-site | £40,000 + 10% bonus

Our client, a fast-growing UK business, is looking for an IT Project & Presales Consultant. You’ll be the technical expert who helps clients choose the right connectivity, networking, Wi-Fi and AV, then gets it delivered.

It’s not a sales role, but there is a commercial side. You’ll work alongside the Sales team on presales, understand client requirements, and recommend and price solutions with confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

What you’ll do

• Answer technical presales enquiries and join client meetings where needed
• Scope, recommend and quote IT and AV solutions for new and existing clients
• Act as the link between clients, Sales, Operations and Technology
• Coordinate installations, small office projects and third-party suppliers
• Create user guides and feed back ideas to improve the client offering

Key Requirements:

What you’ll bring

• 2–3 years in technical account management, presales or a similar client-facing technical role
• Comfort talking solutions and pricing with clients
• Working knowledge of networking, connectivity, Wi-Fi and structured cabling; AV experience is a plus
• Project coordination experience
• A calm, approachable manner with stakeholders at all levels
