The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Application Support Specialist to join a well-respected Digital Marketplace. In this role, you will play a critical part in facilitating the integration of partners onto their platform, ensuring seamless API integrations and partner satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the integration of partners onto our platform, ensuring smooth API integrations.
- Utilize your technical expertise to troubleshoot technical issues, debug code, and diagnose integration problems.
- Manage projects effectively, prioritizing tasks, handling multiple projects simultaneously, and meeting deadlines.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach throughout the integration process, ensuring partner satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
- Strong understanding of APIs, web services, RESTful architecture, and related technologies.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues, debugging code, and diagnosing integration problems.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, ticketing platforms, and other support tools is a plus.
