The Role:

Are you an experienced IT Support Engineer looking to join a dynamic and forward-thinking company? Our client, specializing in Real-Time services and web application management systems, is seeking a talented individual to join their expanding team in Eastbourne. This is an exciting opportunity to work onsite and contribute to their innovative projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 2nd/3rd Line support for IT infrastructure and systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Real-Time services and web application management systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and enhancements.
  • Maintain and monitor SQL Server databases.
  • Ensure optimal performance and availability of systems.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in 2nd/3rd Line IT support roles.
  • Proficiency in SQL Server administration and troubleshooting.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure cloud services.
  • Experience with Real-Time services and web application management systems is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
