Senior Project Manager, Insurance

Salary: circa £100k + excellent benefits + bonus

The Role:

Senior Project Manager with insurance and Guidewire experience is required by large insurance group.

They’re looking for a results-driven leader to manage large-scale digital transformation projects within a global specialty insurance environment. This role offers the opportunity to shape and deliver complex platform implementations in a dynamic, forward-thinking business that values collaboration, curiosity, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of insurance platform and system implementation projects
  • Manage budgets, resources, and timelines while ensuring quality delivery
  • Drive RFI/RFP processes and vendor selection for technology solutions
  • Build strong relationships across change teams, stakeholders, and third-party providers

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in commercial insurance, including MGA and Lloyd’s market exposure
  • Hands-on experience with insurance platform implementation, Guidewire knowledge is essential
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated success running RFI/RFP processes for insurance providers
  • 10+ years managing complex IT or digital transformation projects
