Business Analyst – Ecommerce / Web

The Role:
Fantastic Outside IR35 remote opportunity for a Business Analyst to help turn website traffic into revenue for a well-known global brand.
You’ll join the Digital Product team, embedded in the group responsible for website customer engagement.
The immediate focus is the redesign and replatforming of the website’s calendar page and homepage
Key Responsibilities:
- Take designs and components (e.g. from Figma) and break them down into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Work closely with the tech lead (Joe) to translate solution ideas into structured documentation for developers
- Collaborate with the design team, developers and Lola on solution design and delivery
- Analyse web journeys, drop-off points and funnels to inform priorities
- Ensure changes are clearly documented, testable, and linked to engagement / revenue outcomes
- Support UAT and help keep the project moving during the solution design phase
Key Requirements:
- Has strong ecommerce / web product experience on customer-facing sites
- Has hands-on experience with website redesigns and replatforming
- Is comfortable in a fast-moving, lightly-structured environment (not overly rigid or process-heavy)
- Can quickly get up to speed, communicate well with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and “hit the ground running”
