D365 Tech Lead, Power Platform

London/Hybrid

Circa £100k + bonus + benefits

D365 Tech Lead, Power Platform Developer required for prestigious financial services organisation in the City of London. A fantastic opportunity to really make your mark within a forward-thinking and vibrant environment. Joining their Business Applications function, you will enhance and optimise their use of the Microsoft Power Platform with Dynamics 365. You will have a key role in the development and ongoing improvement of their Dynamics 365 and Power Platforms estate to support business operations & growth goals. You will work closely with stakeholders across all parts of the business to understand their requirements and lead a high performing team of developers that will design and customise the system to meet these requirements and deliver high-quality solutions whilst ensuring strong adherence data accuracy and integrity guidelines. You will work closely with Business and IT teams across the division and wider group, ensuring Power Platforms and Dynamics 365 are maintainable and supportable and best practices are adopted in the design and development of the platform.

Key Responsibilities

Development & Coding:

• Lead the coding and development of innovative solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform including Dynamics 365, Power Automate, and PowerApps.

Solution Support & Improvement:

• Provide ongoing support and continuous improvement for existing solutions.

• Ensure appropriate governance and support documentation is in place.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work as the technical lead within the change portfolio for the Power Platforms and Dynamics 365 and communicate necessary updates to stakeholders around the business.

Solution Design:

• Lead the technical design and architecture of solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform including Dynamics 365, Power Automate, and PowerApps.

• Liaise with the group functions to ensure our solution adheres to group standards across architecture, security and integration.

Key Requirements:

• An intimate working knowledge of developing D365 solutions
• Ideally proven experience in a Senior Power Platforms Developer role
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365.
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle.
• Experience at leading a team of developers
• Experience with data integration and migration.
