Remi joined ARC with a background spanning Human Resources, property management, and office operations. Originally from Lithuania, she moved to London over a decade ago and has built broad experience across HR, property, and operational roles, where she has led multi-site portfolios and supported high-performing teams.

She enjoys building strong working relationships, getting involved in creative and operational projects, and contributing across different areas of the business.

Outside of work, she is a painter and active member of a local artist community, and enjoys cycling or simply spending time outdoors.
